Another fabulous group show put on by the Ford gallery. Featuring a community of artist that have created all form of black-and-white artwork that will be on display for the month of October. The big exhibition opening is Friday night, October 2 from 6 to 9 PM.

I've pulled out one of my favorite pieces from my Earth and Ash series that started the whole exploration into using Ash as part of my painting process. These pieces were the ones that came into being because of the Eagle Creek fire. I was prepping for a show and had a series of white panels out when the fire struck and when I came out, they were covered in ash. I thought they were ruined, but instead it became the beginning of something magical.
