Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Because original artwork is unique, I don’t accept returns.
If there’s a problem with your order (damage in transit, wrong item, or quality concern), contact me within 7 days of delivery. After review, I’ll offer an exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Color & Display Notice
Screens and monitors vary. Colors and brightness can look different from one device to another. I photograph artwork carefully to be as accurate as possible, but slight shifts may occur. If you’d like extra clarity before purchasing, email me for additional photos or a short natural-light video—happy to provide.

Include photos of the packaging and artwork if damaged.
Eligibility & timing
Report issues within 7 days of delivery.
Work must be in original condition with all packaging.
Commissions, custom, and sale items: exchange/credit only if damaged in transit.
Return shipping
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance.
A Return Authorization is required before sending anything back; unauthorized returns will be refused.
Exchanges / store credit
After I receive and inspect the return, I’ll issue store credit or ship the exchange within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged shipments
Email photos within 48 hours of delivery so I can file a carrier claim. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Local pickup (Portland, OR)
Inspect at pickup; after pickup, this policy applies.
